1. In-Store Pickup

🕐 Pick-Up Hours: Daily, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

a. Order Placement
You may place your order online and select in-store pickup, or visit our store to purchase directly.

b. Order Confirmation
Once your order is received, you’ll be notified via email or text with order details and pickup instructions.

c. Pick-Up Process
Please proceed to the designated pickup counter. Our staff will assist you in retrieving your order.

d. Identification Required
For security reasons, please bring the following:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID

  • The credit card used for the purchase (if applicable)

  • Your order confirmation (printed or digital)

e. Authorized Pickup
At this time, third-party or authorized pickups are not available.

f. Order Holding Period
Orders must be picked up within 14 days of purchase. Unclaimed items beyond this period will be considered automatically forfeited without refund.

2. Delivery Options

a. Eligibility
We offer delivery services across Canada for customers who wish to have items shipped to their specified address.

b. Delivery Methods
At checkout, you can select from available options (e.g., standard or express). Availability may vary depending on location and product.

c. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Order total

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected delivery speed

All applicable fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.

d. Free Shipping

Canada Shipping

Orders over $299 CAD qualify for free shipping Canada-wide — no regional restrictions apply.

US Shipping

Orders over $399 USD qualify for free shipping US-wide — no regional restrictions apply.

e. Delivery Timeframes
We strive to ship all orders within the estimated delivery window.

3. Same-Day Delivery

We proudly offer Same-Day Delivery for customers in eligible areas.

  • One-Time Same-Day Delivery: $9.99 + tax/order
