Return & Exchange Policy

At The Golf Season, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase.


1. General Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in original packaging, along with any included accessories.

  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required.

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to approval.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

⚠️ Please do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


3. Return & Exchange Methods

We offer both online and in-store return/exchange options for your convenience:

🔄 Online Returns & Exchanges

  1. Email sales@thegolfseason.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send detailed instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. You must return the item(s) within 7 days of approval.

  4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  5. A confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🏪 In-Store Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your purchase in person at our retail store:

🕐 Open daily, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Please bring:

  • The item(s) for return or exchange

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase

  • A valid government-issued photo ID (may be requested)

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after inspection and approval.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at sales@thegolfseason.com immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


5. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Socks, undergarments, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Pre-owned clubs, demo clubs, and custom-ordered items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Clearance items (final sale only)

  • Items purchased during flash sales (no returns, refunds, or price adjustments)

  • Items marked as “final sale”


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at sales@thegolfseason.com.
